- Timeline assessments - looking for triggers of stress and appropriate solutions
- Updates and Focus sessions

- They are a great way to bring a specific symptom to look at the lifestyle or belief issues that may be affecting the disease or illness. They are a great way to keep weekly contact when working on an ongoing theme without having to commit to a full session.
Combine these with fortnightly longer sessions to keep on top of your lifestyle changes each week.
